Wallet Balance Not Reflecting

I recently moved my wallet across from another platform, and now my balance and transaction history are not showing.

If you recently moved your wallet across from another platform to MyMonero for the first time, your wallet data will need to be imported. 

Please contact our support team by sending them an email at support@mymonero.com or by using the chat feature on our website. Advise them that you are moving your wallet across from another platform, and then provide them with your wallet address so they can action the import for you.
